Clockwise offers Young Savers account – a great way for kids and young people to have money and plan their spending.
Info for adults:
- Encourage your child/grandchild to save regularly.
- Pay in and build up a ‘nest egg’ on their behalf.
- Put in money for birthdays and other special occasions.
- Have child benefit paid directly to the child’s own account.
- ID required to open an account.
Ways to pay:
- Cash – at our office or at our ‘collection points’.
- Cheque – made payable to you or to Leicester Credit Union Ltd.
- Standing order – direct from a bank/building society account.
- Child benefit – payments can be made directly to the account.

- Join for free and collect a money box.
- Put your pocket money away for ‘something special’.
- If you save £1 a week, in a year you’ll have over £50.
- We pay you a yearly interest which is added to your savings.
- You can ask Mum, Dad, Granma or Grandad to put money in too.
Use your money box to collect change, pay it all into your account in one go, see your savings grow and grow and grow!!!
